A mother of two rambunctious boys and spouse to a cyclist husband, Daisy has lived in Tennessee for 20 years. A Boricua (Puerto Rican) born and raised in the concrete jungle of Philadelphia, PA, she received her Bachelor of Ars from Temple University with a minor in Spanish. Her career primarily has focused on marketing and sales in the outdoor and trade show industries, with experience in outdoor media, social media and experiential sales. Daisy also has worked in the nonprofit and coffee sectors.

An entrepreneur at heart, she later launched her own company and working with businesses in the outdoor and adventure travel industries. Her work as an independent sales representative has given her the opportunity to work with both small and large companies to expand their reach from traditional advertising to social media platforms and experiential events. For the past two years, Daisy has dedicated her time to being actively involved in the ESL program in her local school system, Centro Hispano and Welcoming Immigrant Neighbors (WIN).
