Marité Pérez is a mortgage loan officer for First Community Mortgage. Representing the Knoxville branch and its Multi-Cultural Lending Initiative, Marité serves the fast growing Latino demographic in sustainable home ownership. Currently the Chair of the Board of Directors of Centro Hispano de East TN and a founder and Vice President of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals- Knoxville, she is further addressing the gaps in business services geared towards this population. 

Marité graduated with an M.B.A. in Global Social Sustainable Entrepreneurship from Colorado State University. Marité was born and raised in Miami Florida and spent her formative years working and studying throughout the U.S. involved in creating policy and spearheading economic development. Since 2015, Marité has called Knoxville her home and currently lives in Bearden.
